1er GP de HOLLANDE, Circuit crée en 1948....... info : un Pilote Néerlandais sur la Grille : Jan FLINTERMAN.... Pôle d' Alberto ASCARI et sur la 1ère ligne Mike HAWTHORN a la place de la 3ème FERRARI, conduite par le revenant Luigi VILLORESI.......
Course : temps couvert avec pluie.... Super Départ de HAWTHORN mais ASCARI le doublera dans ce 1er Tour, il restera 4 Tours avant d'être doublé par les 2 autres FERRARI, l'ordre de l'arrivé restant ainsi..... Abandon au 4ème Tour de Gino BIANCO, moteur de Jan FLINTERMAN le local au 7ème Tour, moteur de Jean BEHRA au 10ème Tour, distribution, Paul FRERE au 15ème Tour, boîte de vitesses, Charles DE TORNACO, au 19ème, soupape, Abandon de Ken DOWNING au 27ème, pression d'huile de Stirling MOSS au 73ème, moteur et enfin de Ken WHARTON au 77ème Tour, pont arrière... Du suspense dans les derniers Tours, avec des grands signes des mécaniciens a ASCARI pour changer ses pneus mais il ralentit simplement pour finir la Course tranquillement.....
