Grille de 26 Places. Pôle et Meilleur Tour de Nelson PIQUET et 1ère Victoire de Elio DE ANGELIS. Course marquée par un gros carambolage et que 8 Voitures a l'arrivée. Carambolage au Départ, PIQUET prend la tête mais ses pneus ne tiennent pas, Riccardo PATRESE prends le commandement puis Alain PROST mais tous 2 ont des problèmes et c'est DE ANGELIS malgré Kéké ROSBERG qui gagne sa 1ère......
